Long-time residents Tracy and Jarrett Apperson have lived in a few homes in Prairie Village and settled into their forever home at 6748 Delmar Street in 2009.
“I moved to Prairie Village in 2002 and lived near 69th & Roe when Tracy and I met. A few years later, our family bought a house on El Monte, which we lovingly renovated and have many memories of. We then moved over to Delmar in 2009 – you can see the back of our old house from the back of our new house, which is pretty sweet! We had plans to renovate Delmar but when the economy hit it was rough. We sat tight, saved up, then spent 13 months renovating this home. Needless to say, this is our forever home!
