Alan Zlotky, Merrie Morris, and their 16-year-old terrier Rusty are thrilled to have found a home in PV! They moved to the KC area from Washington, D.C., 10 years ago and, when it was time to buy, they knew they wanted to be in this neighborhood. They appreciate the walkability and beautiful trees. Like PV, their home is a mix of traditional and brand-new; the house was renovated top to bottom but still contains some period details (and is on the original 1947 footprint). Now they are working on making it theirs: putting a small garden in back, and coaxing the grass to grow.
