The Porter Family earns July Home of the Month. This one is a winner inside and out. The Porter’s have lived at 4207 West 67th Terrace for 4 years. The previous owners did an extensive renovation of the interior including a dynamite second floor master suite addition, that even earned recognition in a local magazine. So the Porter family has focused their attention on the outside, starting with a new and wider driveway and walkway along the side of the home. Also, redoing the landscaping in the back to provide a bit more privacy. When asked what they liked about living in Prairie Village they responded “What is not to like about living in PV? Our favorite has probably been the ability to walk to the village for dinner, or with so many friends in close proximity, we can usually walk where we want to go. Our neighbors are amazing and the quiet streets to walk the dogs or go to the parks have been wonderful.” Walk by and check it out… you may even be able to call it yours one day as I saw a “Coming Soon” sign in the front.
