Our June Home of the Month is located at 4116 West 68th Street.
The Rixson’s moved to Prairie Village in 2002 after living in five U.S. states and two other continents, Europe and Africa. And in spite of their worldly past, Prairie Village ranks as the favorite. They note the many cute homes with well-groomed yards, lots of trees, and pleasant people/neighbors. The Rixson’s feel the community is safe, protected by our great police and fire departments, which fosters peace of mind. The proximity of their home to recreational facilities, medical offices and hospitals is attractive too. The family also takes full advantage of the shops, frequenting the grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and hardware store. In their own words, “PV is charming and has everything we need to feel happy and safe”.
