Rob Lundien and Chris Constant are proud owner’s of 4007 West 67th Terrace where they live with their son, Isaac. The family is thrilled to be awarded April Home of the Month. Rob and Chris have made significant improvements to the home since moving in 8 years ago, but the rather straight forward project that dramatically advanced the curb appeal was the front porch cover and new front door. I caught them for the picture as they were about to head out for a walk to the shops on a crisp spring day for a coffee. When asked what they liked most about living in PV there was unanimous agreement “the neighbors and an attitude of inclusivity”. Personally, that warms my heart!
